Summer Your Way

Summer is a wonderful opportunity to get ahead, catch up, or simply stay sharp. Whatever type of summer you're looking for, it doesn't have to be overwhelming.

Here are some simple, realistic habits to consider at home, plus a few Brigham Learning offerings that can make a real difference this summer.

At home:

  1. 30 minutes of uninterrupted daily reading. This is the single best thing a student can do this summer.

  2. A few pages of math with pencil and paper a few times a week to keep skills sharp.

  3. Spend time on projects, puzzles, and hands-on activities to build stamina and focus in ways that worksheets simply cannot.

With Brigham Learning:

Prefer something more collaborative? Create your own experience...

Gather a group of four or more students, choose the skills you want to focus on, and set a schedule that fits your summer. It could be a one or two week boot camp or a summer long book club. The format and the focus are entirely up to you. We are here to help make it happen.

We know how quickly the summer goes and how much easier September feels when students have kept their minds engaged. Reach out to discuss what would work best for your family. We would love to make this a summer that sets your child up for a confident start to the year ahead.
